I've been living here for almost a year, and I really love it here! I haven't had any problems. Management is very friendly, and work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. I feel safe living here, and the location is extremely convenient. I recommend living here if you like the Carrollton area, with easy access to Plano, Frisco, and Lewisville!

I love it here! I got a great special of zero rent for the month of August. They agreed to do every request I had for my apartment including fixing where my metal nail thing slides into your sliding glass door to double secure it. (I'm on the 2nd floor). They have gone out of their way to make me happy. Maintenance is very responsive to anything you need. People puck up after there dogs they grounds are well-kept. They are putting in a dog wash. This is so much better than my last place. Highly
